In order to quickly compare the 4th edition (2016) to the 3rd edition (2008), I thought it would be interesting to look at the list of CCP contributors and their locations. Here is the result of that:
3rd edition (2008) -- 8 perfusionists -- from Oregon (2), Pennsylvania (2), Texas, Illinois, California; Australia
4th edition (2016) -- 10 perfusionists -- from Texas (4), Massachusetts (2), Michigan, North Carolina, California; Greece (RN)
Two are in common to both editions. Of course, this says nothing about the book itself, or the quality of information contained therein, but it is interesting to note that some of the major centers are not represented (such as those in Ohio, Minnesota, Maryland).
